Insurance Coverage

All insurance plans vary, so please check with your insurance provider to determine if we are in-network and whether telehealth sessions are covered. Additionally, ask about any out of pocket fees you may be responsible for when receiving behavioral health services. After insurance verification, patients will be informed of their therapy costs, including copay, deductible, and/or coinsurance amounts.

If your insurance plan is not listed above, please contact us, and we will individually verify your insurance before starting services. If your plan is out of network, we will help you with the necessary documentation to submit as an out-of-network benefit to your insurance company, which may also help you understand any potential out-of-pocket fees related to therapy costs.

In-person Intake: $200

In-person Follow-Up: $150

Telehealth Intake: $100

Telehealth Follow-Up: $75

If your insurance plan does not cover group therapy: $75 per session, with 50% due before starting the group.

Most assessments and evaluations are typically covered by various insurance plans. We will pre-authorize your coverage before your appointment, and if there are any coverage limits, we will discuss potential out of pocket fees and therapy costs on an individual basis.
