Your Responsibilities

All insurance plans vary. Please check with your insurance to determine if we are in-network and/or telehealth sessions are covered. Please also inquire about what you are responsible for when receiving behavioral health services. Upon insurance verification, patients will be notified of their copay and/or coinsurance costs.

If your insurance plan was not listed above, please contact us and we will individually verify your insurance before beginning services. If we are not in-network, we will provide necessary documentation to submit as an out-of-network benefit to your insurance company.

Out of Pocket Fees

All fees listed below are out of pocket fees and are not associated with insurance coverage. We accept cash, check, HSA (Healthcare Savings Account) card, and all major credit cards.

Individual Therapy

Intake Session - $200

Follow-Up Session - $150

Telehealth Intake - $100

Telehealth Follow-Up - $75

Intake with a Trainee (in-person/telehealth) - $100

Follow-Up with a Trainee (in-person/telehealth) - $75

Couples/Family Therapy

Intake Session - $250

Follow-Up Session - $200

Telehealth Intake - $125

Telehealth Follow-Up - $100

Intake with a Trainee (in-person/telehealth) - $125

Group Therapy

$75 per session

50% due before beginning the group

Bariatric Surgery

Session - $200

Report - $150 with insurance coverage, $300 without insurance coverage

Assessments & Evaluations

Most assessments/evaluations are covered by insurance. We will pre-authorize your coverage before your appointment. If there are coverage limits we will discuss pricing on an individual basis.
