Yes! We offer telehealth services through our HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform to allow individuals to attend their therapy appointments virtually. If you are located in the states of New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania, we will be able to meet with you virtually.

During your initial outreach, our administrative team will take down your demographic information, insurance information, reason for seeking treatment, and payment information. While we are verifying your insurance information, you will be matched with one of our dedicated therapists. You will receive a call or email once your insurance has been verified. During that call/email, you will be notified of your estimated responsibility and schedule an intake appointment with your matched clinician.

If we unfortunately miss your initial outreach attempt via email, phone, or our website, our administrative team will quickly respond within 24-business hours.

During your intake appointment, you will meet with your clinician to discuss your reason for seeking treatment, your current symptoms that are impacting you, and other important information about you (e.g., childhood, family, relationships, education, profession, spirituality, strengths). You and your clinician will also discuss your goals for treatment.
